Foreign Ministry Spokesman Kong Quan announced:

The third round of China-Japan Strategic Dialogue will be held in Beijing from October 14th to 17th. Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Dai Binguo and Japanese Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Shotaro Yachi will be the heads of the delegations. China and Japan already held two rounds of strategic dialogues this year, one in Beijing in May and the other in Tokyo in June.
